City of Alameda Moves to Terminate SunCal

The San Francisco Business Times is reporting that the City of Alameda has taken the initial steps to terminate their Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with SunCal for the development of Alameda, due to SunCal’s failure to meet mandatory milestones.

Revised numbers – an unofficial tally of Measure B ballots – released by the Alameda County Registrar of Voters today shows that SunCal took an even bigger drubbing that previously thought.
No: 13,419 votes (85.37%)
Yes: 2,300 votes (14.63%)
The “yes” vote count has dropped below 15%
