Master Plan and Parcel Tax Discussion on Agenda Tonight for AUSD
Tonight, Master Plan Final Recommendations, and a discussion of new Parcel Tax rates and potential revenue are on the agenda for the Alameda Unified School District Board of Trustees meeting.
The Master Plan recommendations are item F-3, and the Parcel Tax discussion is item F-6 and both are tagged “Informational.” In closed session, the board will also conference with legal counsel regarding litigation over two of the Districts hottest topics – the parcel tax, and Lesson 9. As if that wasn’t enough, the Board is going to discuss Alameda Point negotiations in closed session as well.
The closed session begins at 5:00pm, and the public session at 6:00pm. Both sessions are at Alameda City Hall
